Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Denforge, operated by DENLEY (UK) LIMITED. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the studio, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Denforge is an online-only digital subscription that drafts engineering documentation and generates concept visuals from your descriptions. It delivers no physical goods, shipping, or on-site work.

2. Concept-level outputs and professional review

All outputs are concept-level drafts and creative aids, not certified engineering deliverables. Any manufacturing, construction, pressure, load-bearing, electrical, or safety-critical use must first be reviewed and signed off by a licensed engineer. Denforge outputs must not be used as the sole basis for such decisions. See the AI Disclaimer.

3. Eligibility and minors

You must be at least 13 to use Denforge. Users aged 13–17 require verifiable guardian consent. The service is not available to anyone under 13.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Plans are billed in USD through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly draft allowance that resets each period and does not roll over. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Denforge only as permitted by the Acceptable Use Policy, including the prohibition on using outputs as a final basis for safety-critical systems or to forge compliance documents.

6. Your content and licence

You keep ownership of your inputs and results, subject to the Content License. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features and these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DENLEY (UK) LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on concept-level outputs without licensed-engineer review. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
