Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 12 July 2026

This policy sets out how you may and may not use Denforge. It exists to keep outputs used responsibly, given their concept-level nature.

You must not

  • Use any output as the final or sole basis for a safety-critical system, or in place of a licensed engineer’s review and sign-off.
  • Present Denforge outputs as stamped, certified, or approved engineering deliverables, or forge compliance, certification, or sign-off documents.
  • Impersonate a licensed or chartered engineer or misrepresent a concept draft as a professional engineering certification.
  • Upload third-party confidential, classified, or export-controlled technical material you are not authorised to share.
  • Infringe intellectual property or upload content you do not have the rights to use.
  • Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes, or to build weapons or other prohibited items.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Professional review is mandatory

Any manufacturing, construction, pressure, load-bearing, electrical, or safety-critical use requires review and sign-off by a licensed engineer before implementation. See the AI Disclaimer.
